Deep calming rest isn't easy for everyone. A favorite for rubbing on pulse points before bed, as a foot and hand massage balm, and for moments of deep calm.

Use: Place a small amount on your pulse points or on your hands and feet for deep relaxation. (Do not get in eyes. External use only.)
